Booking
How do I book a car?
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
We reply by email with your booking reference. If you cannot find our email, check your spam folder or message us on WhatsApp.
Do I pay anything when I book?
No. You pay the full price when you collect the car, in cash or by card.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup, and later cancellations are usually free too if you tell us early. To change dates, times or the car, message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email.
Pickup and return
Where do I collect the car?
In the arrivals hall at Tunis-Carthage, Enfidha-Hammamet, Monastir or Djerba-Zarzis airport, or at an agreed address in Tunis, Hammamet, Sousse or Monastir. We meet you with the car; there is no rental desk to queue at.
What if my flight is late?
Add your flight number when you book and we follow your arrival. If your plans change, message us on WhatsApp and we adjust the handover time.
Can I return the car somewhere else?
Yes. Choose a different drop-off location when you book.
What is the minimum rental?
You can book from 4 hours. Rentals are charged per 24-hour period, so a short rental counts as one day. You also get 4 hours of grace on return: pick up at 12:00 and return by 16:00 on the last day, and no extra day is added.
Prices, deposit and fuel
What is included in the price?
Every daily rate (from €35) includes unlimited kilometres, basic insurance cover and the airport handover. There is no booking fee. See a full example on our costs page.
How much is the deposit?
Between €500 and €600, depending on the car. The exact amount is shown on each car. It is held at pickup on your card or, for some cars, in cash, and released when the car comes back as agreed.
How can I pay?
In cash or by card when you collect the car.
What is the fuel policy?
Full to full: you get the car with a full tank and bring it back full. If you add the full-tank option when booking, you can return it at any fuel level.
Insurance
What insurance is included?
Basic third-party and collision cover is included in every rental. Your liability for damage to the car is never more than the deposit.
What do the insurance upgrades add?
Protection Plus adds theft, glass, headlight and tyre cover and personal accident cover. All-Risk adds bodily injury and civil liability cover, fire and natural disaster, non-at-fault collision and glass cover, and caps your liability at 1,500 TND. Details are in our rental terms.
Drivers and documents
How old do I need to be?
The main driver must be at least 21 and have held a driving licence for at least one year.
Which documents do I need?
Your physical driving licence, your passport or national ID, and a card for the deposit. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, bring an International Driving Permit as well.
Can someone else drive?
Yes, add a second driver when you book or at pickup. They must meet the same age and licence requirements and be named on the rental agreement.
On the road
Can I take the car outside Tunisia?
No. Our cars can only be driven in Tunisia.
What do I do after an accident?
Stop safely and contact us straight away on WhatsApp or +216 53 534 604. If another vehicle is involved, fill in an accident report (constat amiable) with the other driver; insurance cover depends on it.
What if the car breaks down?
Call or message us. If it is not your fault, we arrange assistance and, where possible, a replacement car.
Still have a question?
We answer on WhatsApp in English, French and Arabic, 7 days a week.
